Your Belongings and Storm Damage
The SERVPRO system storm response team is vast and spread out to be able to respond to any disaster, anywhere. SERVPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove received the call to duty on December 2nd, 2018 that we were needed in Northern California. Our crews had boots on the ground on December 21st, 2018. We had 3 managers travel to Paradise, California to help the city begin rebuilding and restoring the affected homes. They went down so they could begin signing up customers, sketching the homes, and bringing back scopes of what needed to be completed for each home. Our office staff worked tirelessly to get the estimates out as soon as possible. After two weeks we had gotten the ball rolling on the restoration of homes and businesses that were affected by the devastating Northern California fires. Within two weeks we had a crew of 11 people in Paradise, California. Over the two month span that our crews were in Paradise, we completed 15 residential jobs and 3 large commercial jobs. 1 Masonic lodge, 1 restaurant, and 1 auto-body shop.
After two months of hard work, our crews made the treacherous drive back to Hillsboro on February 28th but made it safe and sound. We could not be any happier to have them home. We are so proud of the job well done by our technicians and project managers!
