Fire restoration Technician
Pay: $13 - $15/hr dependent on experience and qualifications
Job Duties:
Photograph, identify and inventory customers' contents
Wrap, package and label contents for transport to cleaning facility
Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition
Appropriate handling and application of wall cleaners and deodorants
Effective emergency cleaning procedures
Hard surface floor care
Customer Service skills
Inspect completed work
Complete appropriate fire mitigation documentation
Return cleaned and restored property to customer when building restoration complete
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

Water Mitigation Technician
Pay: $13 - $15/hr dependent on experience and qualifications
Job Duties: 
Travel to damaged homes or businesses and supports the cleanup and restoration of water and mold damaged property.
Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises
Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
Treatment and removal of mold growth
Document moisture meter readings
Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
Demolition experience required
Driver’s License preferred but not required
