Be prepared when disaster occurs

Hi Daniela ,

Late Sunday evening our office received this call:

“FNOL (First Notice of Lose) came in tonight:
A manager with a Property Management company called because a tenant reported that the shut-off valve under her sink is broken. Water is still leaking everywhere, and she doesn’t know how to shut the main off.
The building is a triplex, and this is the middle unit. We will be onsite soon"

If this were your business, would you or your managers know how to shut off the water?
