When NOT to repair your roof

We all know how hard it can be to line out a contractor to work on your home projects during the summer. 

However, if you are planning on repairing or replacing your roof make sure you have those repairs completed during the summer. 

This spring and fall we have worked on several claims that were caused by water intrusion from an  open roof. 

If you are working on the roof yourself, ensure that your roof has the proper tarp and seal. 

If you are working with a contractor to repair your roof schedule with them far in advance. This will ensure that you are home is taken care of prior to the bad weather coming.
