Quick thinking and quick response go a long way

This home was one of the special circumstances where the customer's quick actions and our quick response time helped evade the demolition of an entire kitchen. 

Our customer had noticed that there was a small pool of water near her cabinets. She quickly researched what needed to be done. Once she had the information she needed she called us here at SERVPRO and then called a plumber. Within one hour of receiving this loss we had a technician on-site along with a plumber. Once the plumber was done repairing the pipe, our technician began removing the water. Within 3 hours of the initial call we had our equipment set up and the structure began to dry.
